Apparel can be returned or exchanged 7 days post delivery date.

Items must be unworn and unwashed when returned/exchanged. Damaged items will not be accepted.

MetaNoiia Original garments are final sale as they are 100% custom fitted to one person.

Fabric is cut, garment is constructed and item is packed for shipping. Processing periods vary depending on order size. Updates are always communicated via email.

Packages are shipped out the day after they are full constructed. At that time tracking information will be emailed.
